Recruiting sufficient numbers of participants to clinical trials is essential to ensure accurate findings. This can be challenging however. This Cochrane Collaboration review assesses strategies to improve trial recruitment. A few methods were identified to improve recruitment, but some of these may not be possible, for example allowing participants to know which study arm they are in.
