About: I am the Coordinator of the Training Center for Health Research Ethics and Good Clinical Practice at the National Institutes of Health, University of the Philippines Manila. We hope to contribute to the development of a good ethical review system in the Philippines and the region through capacity strengthening in health research ethics where investigators, members of institutional review boards, and sponsors have the opportunity to interact in an environment of partnership and cooperation.
